Context

A digital-card proposal moves through commercial terms, registration, supporting documents, and approval before payment. ConfiaPayments brings these stages together with organization, team, and commission management, providing a shared view of operational progress.

My contribution

I worked across platform development, from the frontend to services and integrations. My work covered calculation and proposal flows, progression conditions based on documents and approval, and the connection between checkout, commissions, and administrative tracking.

How it works

  1. The calculation applies available rates and installments and supplies the terms for proposal registration.
  2. The customer and proposal move through document, video, contract, and receipt stages as required by the process.
  3. Approval gates check required conditions before enabling progression to gateway-integrated payment.
  4. Dashboards and commissions track operations within organization and team scopes.

Technical decisions

Model proposal progression

A screen or document alone does not complete a stage. Explicit approval rules connect process requirements to available actions, preventing the interface from being solely responsible for sequencing.

Connect operations to team scope

Customers, proposals, commissions, and reports must share the organization's access boundaries. Modeling these relationships supports administrative oversight without turning every query into a global view.

What I learned

In financial operations, interface clarity depends on well-defined server rules. I learned to connect a proposal's visible stage to what has been supported, approved, and recorded, preserving the context of the teams involved.

Limits and next steps

  • This case describes the digital-card product. Physical operations belong to the PixPan context.
  • The capture shows only the public sign-in page, branded ConfiaPay; documents, contracts, and customer data remain private.
